“It’s only smiles that count in photographs,”

These are the little moments that we live for, the ones that make our hearts swell, the ones that reflect the spirit of the people we hold most .

What is the photos about ?

Photos are all about my family , all three of us , My father, My mother and me. It was taken before we leaving the house in the early morning , So we had agree to take a pictures of us together , to keep our memories before I going to the airport in that day.

When it was taken ?

Since May 2018 , This photos it was taken for 2 years now , But it is still meaningful to me until now because our family hardly took a  photo together, maybe just once a year, So this 3 photos of our family are very important to me , Because when I felt sad or missing them , I always bringing it up and looked it all the time. All of this photos make me feel happy and full fill my energy again.

Who was with you when the photos was taken ?

No one , Only 3 of us are there, that stayed in front of our house. Because all of the photos was taken by my mom. she love to selfie and took a family photo in that day , she was so happy and sad in the same time , while she was taken the photos 3 of us.

Why you choose this photos ?

Because all of this photos look very nice and all of this photos meaningful to me, It is such a good memories between me and family , which is a good memorable time for me. Just like what I say my family hardly have any photo ,we really seldom taking photo together. But in that day we had pictures taken together, it was a good time and such a good memories to me.

Any significant event related to the photos ?

It not really has any significant event that related to the photos, Because every moment being together with my family was a good time and best memories, such as a important moment to me

Extra details about the photos ?

These photographs have helped me to get a clear picture of my past . in these photographs and even today my family and I relive those past moments as we glance through the pictures . Whenever I look at their pictures my eyes fill up with tears but I feel thankful that I had been able to had a few photographs which have always helped me to remember all the good times that I have had. These are photographs that can never be produced again since my past can never come back again. So I show my best memories photos to who visit my blogs , and we all go on a nostalgic journey with the past. And in the pictures , it was taken before I want to fly to Germany for a holiday with my father.

The fact we take photographs is a sign we want to preserve our memories. Memories with family can be remembered by taking photographs.Photographs aren’t just for the sake of taking but they also have great personal meaning and are essential to how we may view our own lives, And I believe that viewing photographs of loved ones enables to document their lives as they happened and to remember all the memories they had made. So all of this photos it carries so much meaning to myself personally.

Nowadays, English is one of the most widely used languages in the world. English is the well known as an international standard language and it is very important for everyone.So learning English is very important.I am glad that our university is focused on it because there are so many benefits of learning English.

In the beginning of the term. In my first class, I was so nervous because my friends said this lessons is difficult and a lot of homework. I nearly cried by just thinking about it but right now I nearly pass this course , I think teacher Mark did a really great work in pushing students to be more confident. This course make me crazy sometimes, It’s made me felt seriously , because this subject had a lot of homework and test. But , teacher mark is very kind and flexible teacher to all students . It make me feel familiarly so when I had any problem ,teacher Mark always asked me all the time what happened and always try to help me to solving the problem together.

From studying 129.I received a lot of knowledge in both media and communication from various activities and assignments. This course allowing me to learn a lot of various skills about English .Example, learning new English techniques including listening ,speaking, writing, reading skills , and most importantly presentation skills. Many things that I had never been done before, such as advertising role play, learning how to write a web blogs, interviews foreign people, reported the news, meetings people through online apps. So I want to conclude all unit I studied in this course. 

In the first chapter unit 1, I learned about writing Narrative Essay. Is about how to write life’s story or experience story such as how to use first, second, finally etc. All the tense that we need to learn and need to be use for writing our story. Then I had learn how to pronoun the words correctly and know the meanings of the word.

Second, Unit 2 ´Let’s make ads´ this unit is was very enjoy and fun we can use new word new sentence

Third , Unit 3 ´Let’s do interview ´ In this unit we can try to asked teacher or foreigner students, I got a lot new experience. Also I get knowledge about variety of the question for interview example open-ended, closed-ended questions, stress interview, behavioural interview and problem solving or interview. This unit help me to practice and improve my speaking and listening skills.

Unit 4 ´ Latest Events ´ In this unit I study about reported news. I get many thing such as develop speaking skills and summarise my ideas from watching or reading the news. 

Last , Unit 5 ´Let’s have a meeting ´I could try to use many applications for conference role play. And we discussion about the topic together is was fun and everyone enjoy talking together.

The atmosphere in our class is very friendly and it is a course that helps us feel relaxed and at ease. This class has been filled up the happiness and fun during the study. I get to know different faculty of friends and able to adjust to new friends too. In the hour of study teacher Mark also teach friendly and provide accurate , clear knowledge and he is equally interested in all children. In the matter of knowledge, teacher Mark can guide and teach, give the correct knowledge and teach by simple words that we can understand. He complete teaching every hour no class breaks and full time in teaching. In the course there are tests, vocabulary ,role play and presentation .Teacher Mark always teaching and focus on knowledge.

This course it’s not easy but everything went smoothly. Finally, form this course make me have been able to integrate English into everyday life such as communication, answering questions.

I always know and see that teacher Mark try hard to make the lesson clearly because he always want students to be understand all the lessons. He always explain and give good examples. I appreciate all the knowledge that I gained from teacher Mark. Hopefully, students in next term or next year will take this course too.  I hope that this course still exists in next term because it gave a lot of knowledge to students who study this course. I love this course and I love my teacher.

        Finally, Thank you very much teacher Mark. You are a good teacher. I always feel good and happy to study in this course because of you. And sorry for sometimes that I am not interesting in the lesson . For now I promise I will be a good student, study hard and I promise that I will taking it forward inspiring myself , continue to improve my English skills. I hope to see you again because Gen 129 is my last English lesson.

´ Dereje Daniel ´

Due to our group receiving a new job, which is to interview some foreigner that can speak English very well.  First, we plan this work together.We help each other to ask questions in the interview. The questions that we use will be open -ended questions, Because we all think that using open-ended questions will give us a wide range of answers, and most importantly, the respondents will answer questions freely and feel comfortable. The questions are pretty basic and straightforward. We helped to create many questions. After that, we interviewed our foreigner friend. We help each other to ask the questions that we think of together .

After I had interviewed our foreigner friend at Walailak University, Mr. Dereje Daniel or you can call him Dear , Dear is a person that I had interviewed. His story is very amazing. He came from Southern Ethiopia. So that why his story was very interesting to me because I never knows this country before in my life. Southern Ethiopia is a large country. It located in East Africa, an area known as the beaked Africa, Is a landlocked country and there had a lot of people in this country . To begin with the interview, I asked Dereje questions about his personal background. Dear said he grew up in a large family, having one sister and brother from same mother and another 2 brothers and 2 sisters from another mother in one of cities in southern Ethiopia. He is 20 years old. Now he pursuing B-Tech in Digital Innovation Engineering in Walailak University ,International college. That sounds very exciting to me because I never have any friends that study in International college before in my life , I have only Thai friends almost the time, So this interview give me a chance to make a new foreign friend , and give me a chance to practice my English skills too. His hobbies are listening to songs, learning new things and creativity, then he said he would like to spend more time to watching Sci-Fi movies. His strengths are hard work, self-motivation and his weakness is to trust everyone. His short time goal is to get a job in a reputed company ,

After , Dare told me about his short term goals, So I asking him about what are your goals for the future ? (How do you see yourself four years from now?) . Dare said, his long-term goals involvement growing with a company where he can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as he can. Dare said ,I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organisation .

So after the interviewing some questions, I asked why he choose to study in Thailand , he said he chose to study in Thailand because he got a full scholarship to study at Walailak University , and also he wanted to explore more in SE Asia. Because this place has been growing fast and becoming center for fabrics around the world. He said is might be good opportunity for him to work in the future. After all our conversation it makes me feel more confident to speak English such as ,confident to asking more deeper questions, confident to answers and responses the question immediately or etc. According to all my friends in the group , they also think like me too.I think I’ve got a lot of thing from this interview. It may be hard for the first time to ask the questions to people we never know them before in our life , but we can do it as well I think. At first we were scared and shy to ask questions, but after a while it made us relax, comfortable, and making our work more smooth. And we felt enjoy to speak and asking a lot of questions to each other nonstop.

Dare said to me , He is not a public speaker not even close, he said , but after learning to be scared and to find a greater purpose in our actions, to do thing greater than ourselves, he said he becomes a good speaker without any shy.

Overall I felt that the interview process had gone well, although the format of the interview was unfamiliar to me. During the group activities where we shared our thoughts took great pressure off the situation.

Finally, this interview provides me an important thing and allowed me to know about Dear more, I learned a lot from him and I feel my knowledge has greatly expanded as a result of this experience. This reflection paper helps me to practice my knowledge skills , Example my English skills in writing , listening and writing skills. Not only me but also it can enrich other of my friends too. The last thing that I want to say , Is a big thank to Mr. Dereje Daniel my new foreign friend again , that giving me a good chance to interview , Him give me a lot of good experience, good ideas and learning the new thing from our interview today.

Walailak University, named after HRH Princess Chulabhorn Walailak, is a government university.Walailak Univeristy is situated at the edge of the city, which is surrounded by a forest.         Walailak University it is the land of glory. Everyone called that all the time because Walailak university is always develop all the time, in every days and every years, everything is getting better and perfect by time.

To focus encourage students to have critical thinking skills. 

Finally walailak university make this university keep an eye on .If you come to study at Walailak University , their will take care of everyone is the apple of my eye. No one knows exactly what Walailak University is, so you must action speak louder than words. Let’s you can try ! Personal Experience

           First let me introduce myself. My name is Sunisa Heiliger.  My nickname is Jenny . I’m 20 years old. I was born on October 11, 1999. After that I came to get to know my family. I have 1 older brother who is studying in Germany. As for me, I graduated from Koh Samui School  and currently studying at Walailak University in Tourism and Hotel

To start with, I personally believe, true long – lasting happiness comes from life experiences and feelings of purpose, which definitely comes only when you are happy from inside. Everyone is afraid of losing something; a loved one , a job , or their hope. We are afraid of something being taken from us. That is why this is the one thing that I am afraid to lose ; is losing myself . Because once you lose it , it is difficult to regain. During this time I have lost myself many of times. I have lost myself to the extent where I wasn’t sure I’d ever feel like “myself” again. The feeling owes no explanations and will be quick to take you over. It seems that there’s nothing you can do to slow it down. Losing yourself is a terrible, nasty experience marked with confusion, anxiety and worry. It chews you up and spits you out , destroying your confidence and leaving you with nothing but the hope that the pit in your stomach is temporary , But in the end , it’s beautiful. My biggest fear is never figuring out what I want to do with my life. Until my first year of university I always wanted to be a English teacher. Then when I took my first Linguistic class ,

I immediately began to reconsider my decision. I had never really explored any other job options other than a teacher or tutor. I knew there were hundreds to choose from but I didn’t know which one was for me. So, I continued in the English field during my first year of college although I truly wasn’t happy with it. Throughout my first year I researched a few careers that I might be interested inI thought about acting, journalism, music engineering or even becoming a tour guide or immigration policer. I woke up every morning with a new career that I wanted to try out. I was so scared that I would go through my whole college career and still not figure out what I’m put on this earth to do. I see my friends progressing towards the careers they want, they’re gaining great internships and wisdom and I want to be able to have that too. I’m currently I still wake up and think to myself if I’m making the right choice. There’s so much I want to do in life like, travel and experience new cultures and I’m afraid I won’t be able to do those things if I keep wasting time flip flopping between career choices.

In the end I figuring it out what I really like and want to study is business and tourism that I really need to studied it .So , I decided to change my subject major in second term , because I knew that I totally unhappy with my subject that I studied during the time , I felt like I losing myself in every minutes . The moment you fight your anxious thoughts and strive to find the person you’ve worked hard to become is a moment to be proud of. We don’t always realize it, but sometimes the hardest person to stand up to is ourselves. Sometimes , the only one who can bring us back to reality when you’re losing yourself is yourself. The sooner you understand that, the easier it will come. I wrote this for the people who are dealing with the same sense of frustration and confusion about something they used to be so passionate about. My goal is to show you that it is okay to be changing your mind. College is never easy for anyone. We pay many hundred thousand bath to build up our futures. You are bound to make a mistake. You must take those mistakes and turn them into lessons learned just like me I’m not afraid to changed my subject , I’m not afraid to losing my time , but I’m totally afraid to losing myself witch thing that I not in love with it anymore. I’m not ashamed of my weaker moments. They’re the only reason I know how to be strong. Last of all , when I look back on everything now, I realize that I did not fall in the hell you’re lost, you lose yourself. You lose the person you once were and are replaced by whatever is occupying your mind.
